The last digits identify the person. Field PINs can create and submit invoices; Admin PINs can approve, send, and manage PINs. Your master password also signs in as admin.
This only pre-fills your email draft. The app never emails Trex on its own. You always review and send.

Numbers are assigned by the server so Gary, Rod, and the office never collide. Every new invoice emails a copy to you, and the clock starts when an invoice is marked sent.
